Nothing has just launch a new update for the Nothing Phone (3): Nothing OS Version 3.5-250801-1847. Although it's being rolled out gradually, as always, you can already check if it's available on your device by going to Settings > System > Feedback. This version is packed with exciting new features and bug fixes that further refine the user experience.
Glyph interface improvements
The most unique feature of the Phone (3) continues to evolve:
- When taking photos in Glyph Mirror mode, a version is now also saved in the style of Glyph Matrix.
- Fixed a bug that caused a "Classic" ringtone to be set even when using generative ringtones.
- Fixed a bug that incorrectly selected the ringtone type after transferring data to the phone.
- There are no more problems with Telegram calls: Glyph's behavior is now correct.
Camera: faster and with better zoom
- AI SuperRes zoom arrives between 20x and 30x, a feature that enhances detail using artificial intelligence when you digitally zoom in on those levels.
- Autofocus and color accuracy have been optimized.
- The shutter speed after continuous captures has also been improved.
Other general system improvements
- Fixed the bug that prevented selecting the default search engine in the app drawer or search settings.
- Universal search no longer removes the second character you type.
- The visual framework for essential notifications has been improved.
- PDF files can now be opened from a cloned WhatsApp account.
- Snapchat's refresh rate has been improved for a smoother experience.
- Fixed stuttering when playing 4K videos at 60 FPS in the gallery.
- Adaptive brightness now offers smoother transitions.
- Fixed occasional disconnections when using certain third-party chargers.
- System stability improved.
- Some system texts have been adjusted for clarity.
Overall, this update doesn't transform the system, but it does It refines important aspects that affect daily use.. Nothing's effort to continuously improve its software is evident, something that the most demanding users will undoubtedly appreciate.
