During installation, the CMF Phone 1 may consume more battery and become warmer than usual. According to Nothing, this behavior is temporary, and both power consumption and performance will return to normal once the update is complete.
As usual, the rollout of Nothing OS B4.1-260928-1140 is being done in stages, so it may take some time to reach all devices. To check if it's available, go to Settings > System > System update.
